Robert Cray Band Lancaster Concert reviews
Funny but not full
"Robert Cray Band is loved by many, and rightfully so. His comedic timing is impeccable. The show, unfortunately, began more than 2 hours late, which dampened the anticipation. Prior to Cray's appearance on stage, numerous others came out, turning it into a bit of a farce. The host, in particular, fell flat and failed to entertain. Eventually, when Cray did perform, he delivered a solid set. However, an unruly audience member provoked him, leading to a chaotic and premature end to the show. It seemed like we only experienced a fraction of what was planned. The abrupt conclusion left me bewildered until my boyfriend clarified that the band had exceeded its allotted time and faced hefty fines. While I appreciate Cray's humor, repeated tardiness and unresolved performances may alienate fans. It's crucial for Robert Cray Band to regain control to retain their audience's support."
